Students from the Academy of Information Technology & Engineering (AITE) made a strong showing at the 2026 National History Day competition, centered on this year’s theme, “Revolution, Reaction, and Reform.” In total, 14 AITE students competed across four categories—Paper, Performance, Website, and Documentary—demonstrating impressive research, creativity, and historical insight.
Several students earned special recognition for their outstanding work. Shirley Milan received Honorable Mention in the Paper category, while Alex Amann earned Second Place in Documentary. In the Website category, Jameson Luciani was awarded Honorable Mention.
AITE also celebrated a major victory in the Group Performance category, where Cecilia Sepulveda, Kayla Mozingo, and Ava Pismennaya earned First Place for their performance.
Congratulations to all of the students who competed and represented AITE so well. We wish our top finishers the best of luck as they advance to the state competition!
